1=rjMime is a ligtening fast MIME (Base64) Encoder and 
2=Decoder. The core encoding and decoding routines are written 
3=in highly optimized Delphi Pascal which even beats most assembler 
4=code. Both MimeEncode and MimeDecode have a straightforward, 
5=flexible and highly effective interface which makes it easy 
6=to use them with with any types you imagine. The decoding 
7=routines do not mock about spaces, linebreaks or incomplete data 
8=but read and encode as much as makes sense. Four helper functions 
9=easily code strings and streams (of practically unlimited size). rjMime 
10=encodes and decodes huge files with no strain on memory in only 5 
11=lines of code. Version 1.50 now allows to insert line breaks during  
12=encoding as required by RFC 1521. Line break insertion is  
13=available for all helper functions including stream encoding. NoCRLF  
14=equivalents are available. Also added HTTP Basic Authentication  
15=decoding. Test / Demo application included. rjMime is part of the Jedi  
16=Code Library (JCL).
