pdsname - pds argument list
.SH DESCRIPTION
This routine scans its first argument and returns
the PDS file name.
This is done by printing everything up to the first comma
of the first argument.
.SH EXAMPLE
The command "pdsname pic,x=256,y=128" returns the string "pic".
