This is the readme file for a set of communications programs and 
related files. 
 
This software is Copyright (C) 1992 Peter Edward Cann, all rights 
reserved, except for EMU.H which is in the public domain. You may use 
the software privately; if you use it at all frequently please send a 
gratuity of $5 per processor to the author. You may modify it and use 
the modified version under the same terms. If you distribute a 
modified version and request or require an additional payment, you 
must take personal responsibility for seeing that the author receives 
the $5 gratuity per processor for any installations for which you 
receive payment. 
 
Business users shall not operate more than two test processor 
installations per site beyond one 30-day consecutive period without 
paying the gratuity for each processor. 
 
Duplication and distribution is expressly prohibited unless copyright 
notices are preserved and this readme file is included. Enhancers may 
add their own material to this readme file after the author's 
address, below. Duplication and distribution not in conflict with the 
above is hereby authorized. Enhancers may modify the copyright notice
